As part of the artistic application or audition process, we may collect certain information related to the candidates’ physical appearance, such as height or photographs/videos. Their collection is strictly limited to situations where they are necessary to assess suitability in an artistic context. They are used solely for this purpose, based on your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time. This data is only accessible to authorized recruitment staff responsible for data processing and is retained only for the duration necessary to process the application.
Providing this personal data is a voluntary act. By providing such data, you consent to our processing of it.
In the absence of consent or in the event of its withdrawal, the relevant data will not be processed and will be immediately deleted, which may, however, prevent your application from being considered if this information is deemed necessary for the artistic process.

Access is limited to the Data Controller at École de Danse de Genève & Ballet Junior (General and Administrative Management) and technical service providers under confidentiality agreements.
École de Danse de Genève & Ballet Junior ensures the security and confidentiality of personal data through robust technical and organizational measures. The application is hosted on Heroku, with data stored in a PostgreSQL database. All traffic is protected via HTTPS, and database connections are encrypted (SSL). Access is managed using role-based controls, and sensitive data is masked in logs. Regular vulnerability scans (e.g., brakeman, bundler-audit) maintain ongoing protection.
On an organizational level, two-factor authentication (2FA) is required for all team members accessing Heroku. Automatic, encrypted backups are regularly performed to ensure data recovery in case of loss. No personal data is shared with third parties without prior consent. These combined measures ensure data integrity and compliance with best data protection practices.
Data is not transferred outside the European Union.
Requests will be processed within 72 hours. Please note that automatic emails sent from no-reply@edgeneve-auditions.com will not be processed. Only use the contact address dpo@edgeneve-auditions.com for any requests regarding your rights.
